@waiting - January 2022 no, I did see it uploaded on the portal not too long ago so it’ll be here this week or early next most likely. already know my options, just not sure which one to go with until I see my lawyer on Friday. do you know why yours got denied

@Patrick c no idea, it was either bc my i130 got denied as well but I didn’t get a notice or anything or it was some sort of error by USCIS.. i spoke to USCIS yesterday on the phone and they told me to wait 2 weeks from my i485 denial to appeal if only that was denied or to refile/appeal everything if both were denied but I’m seeing my lawyer on Monday
