this time is really unpredictable, in my case, after interview by USCIS, I get my master hearing letter in about 3 months, that was 2018. When did you submit your asylum case?

if your asylum case denied USCIS they will send you the reason why it’s denied including the hiring date at the court this what’s happened to me

@Bred John your first hearing shall be within first 2 years. it will be only introduction to your case and typically takes up to 30 minutes. next step is your final hearing which will be scheduled within next 2 years.

@Alex B omg really? every steps taking long time. how about EAD card? can I renew my EAD card during this time?

,@Bred John you sure can.While the timeframe I gave you is broad it's likely to be sooner than that. if you live in democratic state you chances is 8 out of 10 for approval. if you live in a red state it is exactly opposite. I always encourage everyone who can to find a soulmate and have paperwork done fast.
