I Filled my form i-360 mine and my son's in March 2022 , July 2022 I received RFE background I sent everything and September same year they give my first PF, in September 2023 I received my second PF, February 2024 I received my son's first pf...
Through my marriage I had already sent my form i- 485 in April 2021, I did not send my medical exams due to ignorance, they sent a letter where they told me to present them at the interview, an interview that never arrived because I filled out i-360 and clearly no longer I'm with my ex-husband. Is there anything else I should do?

VAWA fees
Beginning today April 1st, VAWA petitions no longer attract filing fees. That means you can submit your I-360 form free of charge. That includes any other form you are submitting based on the VAWA I-360. That means I-485, I-765 submitted with VAWA application will attract no fees at all. USCIS weldone.
Now they should work on the time it takes to conclude a vawa case.

Does I-485 count from i-140’s PD?
Hi!
I have a PD on my i-140(EB1C) from August of 2023, ROW and current since then(actually since October 2024).
My i-140 was approved in March 2024 ( while my i-765 and i-131 in February 2024)
when looking at average dates and timelines for my i-485, should I consider that it was presented in November of 2023? Or, I should take August of 2023(i-140 PD date)?
