I-130 Confusion
USCIS RFE. however, my lawyer has not yet sent all evidence we provided to the firm yet. for some weird reason it is showing as now actively reviewing. has anyone experienced this with I-130 and I-485?

I saw a post where they sent someone an RFe, and he didn't respond yet, and they approved his green card. uscis is upside down now. I won't be surprised if someone tells me he received his green card without applying.

Mine pd is Aug 24 and no rfe or interview or actively reviewing !! waiting for some kind updates on my case

I’m still within the time frame. they barely sent me the RFE. it’s common to get one for I-130. we sent everything. pictures, letters, texts, bills, everything our lawyer asked for. lawyer said 95% of the time they still RFE anyway. it was just weird that although we sent additional info to our lawyer, my lawyer hadn’t yet sent it to uscis when they started processing again
