interview after i130 approval?
filed everything together (i130, i485, AP and EAD). My I130 was approved with no interview about 100 days ago. Since I-130 is to prove your relationship is real, was wondering if it was more than likely my i485 would be approved with no interview. Has that ever happened to anyone?
To renew Medical or not?
I have an interview scheduled at the end of this month. My medical was submitted in November 2021. I'm wondering whether I should undergo a new medical exam and submit it during my interview or wait for the officer to request for it. I've read that the medical expiration has been extended from 2 years to 4 years. Any ideas/thoughts? Thanks everyone!
