cases aren’t taking long the new feeers are who their focus on not us sadly I saw someone on this app receive a greencard in 56 days makes me want to withdraw my entire case n do it over

@James martin sams This is way too much. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

you are not alone,mine is June 23rd,2021,No interview,Medical was submitted in February 2023 and by June,2023 it moved to Actively reviewing, 11 months now. Extension of 180 days for work permit was sent few days after I applied and now it's remaining 90 days to expire but I didn't hear from them No interview,I'm still here waiting what should I do?Please I need advice

@Nipi Nip we had the interview 2 years ago. and still nothing happens. actually my lawyer said we can’t do anything. but the processing time is 39.5 months now so i think we can wait for 6 more months to contact to the congress man or whoever. do you have lawyer?

@Nikki Ng oh my, my lawyer went over all questions they might ask since all the questiones are on the application. i am in ny he said if all goes well and i get approved i should get my GC in 3 weeks. where are you located maybe evey state is different. i know you can sue uscis for taking so long with your case
