my eb2 i131 finally got approved 2 days ago. pd april 2022, applied at april 2023, i765 came in august 2023, i131 on 22nd april, 2024. still waiting for i485. It was national benefits centre and FO was houston.

mine was also in Texas, I applied in August 2021 and it was only approved last week and I haven't even received it yet.

@green2023 g @Felipe Cruz Way too long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

In May 18, will be 24 months since I Applied. I already made 3 inquiry and nothing change the results . They said,it is Normal Processing Time. 24 months😤. Mine is in Texas. Now I gonna try the Congressman.🙏

@waiting another day please let us know because I have made 7 inquiries and they said I need to wait the cases ahead of me. I told him why they approve the case after me then. No logical statement from them at all!!!

@A J if I wanna use mandamus I would like use for green card. my pd became current this month.

You can use Case Processing Time on uscis website to see if you can submit a service request. I did that and also reached out to my congressman. I got my I131 after a month. Good luck pal!
