How long to get a greencard once the VAWA is approved?

You guys are at least a year away from VAWA approval. Plus 1-2 years after VAWA approval for i485 approval

You can try local congress inquiry. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"
