hey guys , I got an approved for I129F since May 8th 2023 and it took me only 13 months to get the approval and then I got an NVC number and my fiancé went to the interview in Amman Jordan on October 11 2023 but he got a refused without any specific reason and on November first the application was sent back to the USCIS office witch is the California Service Centre and still waiting for the last decision from them! can you please let us know what’s going on with ? and if we going to apply for a marriage visa is there any problem or what? please advice me to the right thing because we’re lost! Thank you guys for your supporting and respecting!
Atlanta I-130 and I-485 (Approved)
After 18-19 months, the day has finally come!!! on March 7th both cases said “Case is Actively Being Reviewed”. Yesterday (The next day) I got an approval for I-485 and then later for I-130. It looks like they waived the interview! So happy as it has been a 22 year journey here in the US after so many years of DACA! Will pray for everyone else and hang in there!!! I also tried reaching out to the Senator of GA (Ossoff) and they were told by USCIS to basically wait. This was back in Nov 2023.

hello!
I know I asked this before! but I just wanna share my feelings here! I wait 2.7 years and I didn’t feel this much stress until my status change :” to card being produced” I am feeling like it is longer than 2.7 years idk if someone felt the same before. the i360 status still showing “ new card is being produced” for 9 days it is normal. I hope I will not get excited for nothing. I did not ask my lawyer because I don’t know what to ask because it is just about waiting.
please any advice to stop overthinking!
2 filing dates but what is the priority date for visa bulletin?
May 2021 - I-130 submitted (marriage on LPR.)
June 2022 - I-485 was filed
April 2023 - I-130 Approved
March 2023: famous F2A visa retrogression happened, so, no surprise that my I-485 is still being "actively reviewed".
Speaking of this visa retrogression, in my situation, when I have a lag about 1year between filing I130 and I485,
which of these two forms does define the priority date for my case: filing date of I-130 or filing date of I-485? In other words, which filing date should I compare to the date published in the visa bulletin Table A, in order to determine if it's time for my case to move forward?
