has anyone ever got their mail notice late where it made them missed their biometric appointment? if yes, how long did it take for them reschedule another appointment.
and is it possible for I765 to get approved before I485

I know 2 persons this happened to. One person missed the appointment in February and the other missed theirs in March. Both persons are still waiting on USCIS to rescheduled.

it is possible for i-765 to be approved before i-485. We filed everything at once in October of 2022, got 765 approved in july of 2023 still waiting on i-130/i-485 approval

@aiyla A yes, as soon as i got the physical card it was fair game to begin working
