If you haven’t received it in 2 weeks, it’s likely lost. NOID usually has a specific time frame (I think 30 days) for you to reply to their RFE/documents. Whatever you do now, do it on an emergency urgent basis. Call them & let them know & request for another copy. Or you could take an infopass appointment online & explain them in person. There’s probably just 2 more weeks left for you to answer but they might increase it if you let them know about the undelivered mail.

contact Emma ask them to email a copy to you immediately if not you'll suffer for their own mistakes. also go on your USCIS account send an inquiry about your your lost receipt, hopefully you can receive it asap. Godspeed
