green card backdated
Hello guys, I received my marriage green card February 2024 . but it says I have been a resident since 05/05/2021 a date before I had even started my immigration process. I checked with the Uscis citizenship qualification on the website and it says I qualify already for citizenship , that I should go ahead and apply. has anyone seen this before? i will appreciate your contribution on this. thanks family

I have been in CRP since 11/29/2023, and Emma told me today my case was transferred to NBC on 12/12/2023. I am EB2 with August 2022 PD. Do you have any feedback on how to interpret that? Have you seen any patterns on people getting transferred to NBC getting approved recently? ##
I have been waiting for approval from vawa for two years and 3 months, married to an American citizen with a fingerprint appointment for the i-485, how much longer should I wait for approval?

i am a green card holder asylum based, i got married 2 years ago in bangladesh ,and i apply for my spouse. but immigration process too slow it’s already two years i haven’t get any luck yet . me and my wife planning to have baby. now my question is . is it possible to bring my baby with my wife . if it’s possible can someone tell me in details about the processing ?

EAD received Nov 20 2023
I-693 courtesy notice received March 4th 2024 (I-485 transferred to Long Island NY Field Office) envolepe delivered March 12th but USCIS has not confirmed they received (I know because of the tracking number)
how long did you have to wait for a response of any kind from USCIS after submitting your medical examination (I-693) ?
what’s happening with April ‘23 i-485 cases??

my application is at NBC and applied for i-485 in April of ‘23. My pd is May ‘22. I am yet to receive request for medical of interviews. it’s so frustrating seeing people who applied in October and November of “22 get approved before me.
anybody else in the same situation? any advice?

Service Centre codes
Hey everyone, as you all know each receipt number has a 3 letter “code” at the beginning, this means which service center is processing your case, i.e CSC… is for the California Service Center, VSC… if for the Vermont Center, etc. It caught my attention that mine was IOE, I looked it up and it’s for electronically filed cases, which u did not do. Also, in my form I-797C the service center is California, so I’m just curious if this has happened to anyone else and what it could possibly mean? Will it take longer?
