i send my papers on March 3 and they still have not cashed the checks
i always heard that they would cashed the checks roght away after 3-4 days. do you guys think there was any problem with my filings because i am still waiting for them to cash the checks. the oackage was delivered to chicago lockbox next day on March 4. i am nervous

I797B Approval notice received, but I'm already in USA

I received H1B approval but the notice shows I-797B. I am already residing in the USA with a contractor job and valid employment status. I never had any gaps in my status as a student also.
when the H1b application was picked up, I was (and still am) doing 2nd MS. my Visa date expired on the passport, but have mainted the status through the University's I-20.
Why, then did I receive I797B instead on I797A. What are my next steps?

hi guys … another day passed no welcome letter we got the approval notice on March 9th and our app just states case approved nothing after that for day after tommorrow its gonna be a week :(
anyone with similar experience? feeling super restless as we have not gotten a notification that the case was sent to department of state after being approved.. thought after case approved nvc would be faster
Premium Processing
I recently requested premium processing (PP) for my EB-1B I-140 and have been waiting for over two weeks (22 days since upgrading my case to premium processing) for an update on my green card application through premium processing. I’ve heard back from my attorneys, and it seems there’s an unusually high volume of requests that USCIS has received recently. This surge is causing the premium processing unit to fall behind its standard timelines.
PD: 25 September 2020 (Approved EB-2 NIW)
Is anyone else facing this issue?
Has anyone received further insight into how long these delays might last?
