Trump won't save you!!!
Some of you keep saying if Trump is president then there won't be backlog just because the bulletin was current. BUT you fail to remember the underlying situation that made that possible. I will highlight it for you. First, there were additional visas made available to many categories including EB3 unskilled which made it possible for the category to be current. That had nothing to do with Trump, let's just say it was a coincidence or juxtaposition. Trump's rhetoric were not for immigrants or immigration by any means, and he backed it up by action. The executive orders he gave banning immigration from certain countries just because they don't favor the US or because the population is largely Islamic. The sidelining of international students, almost making it impossible to take online classes in the heat of the COVID pandemic. Creating a legal frontline to stopping citizenship by naturalization. Making the H1B process 10 times harder for companies to hire graduates by stipulating increase in salaries, and only allowing for companies to hire graduates with a masters degree. These are just a spec of the actions he was putting in place which greatly has led to where we are now. Which one of you giving your approval for Trump can boldly say either you or your family will not be affected by his policies if he regains the presidency? He doesn't care about immigration period! Nothing is as cut and dried as it seems. If he comes back, he is going to push for anti immigration policies in every sector ever imagined. You and I will not be able to breathe properly in this land.

221G - blue letter
Today I attended an interview that was pretty harsch. I have had b1b2 and c1d1 visas for like over 25 years always have been respectful of ita uses and have no criminal record. I entered the room when called by officer and said : Hello , good morning. He didnt even reply and aak me to sit. There were 4 chairs, I sat. He then asked to ait on a blue chair and get closer, I did so, then he yelled more closer to get fingerprints, There was no more space the chair was against the table... Firat question was : When was your appointment? I said : today ( I mean when else? He can aee that on the computer, I had no other date.) Then he asked me for employment sponsors. I said, I do not require but I do have job offers. He asked who said so? I said my attorbey and that is exactly what EB2 NIW is for. Then he accused me of insisting and trying to move interview dates ahead thru ustraveldocs.com ( I just sent an inquiry on whether there was an estimate for interview dates so I could eprk around my schedulein anticipation) and they replied it was I as applicant responsible to set the appointment (contrary to NVC and attorney instructions) .I then sent inquiries asking to confirm that, because I did not want to miss the chance to get the appointment if it was my responsibility ( knowing visa bulletin dates do matter) . The officer brought a lady from another office and she asked me a couple questions to which I felt more comfortable woth and I explained in detail. I finished saying that if I misinterpreted myself ,that I was sorry and I did not mean to. She said they would investogate my case based on my answers because they suspect me of fraud and lying (she was much more polite though) . curiously she returned my passports and said I could travel ( I said I had travel thru US next week bound to Asia for work) . So they suspect me of fraud but they let me use the visas and travel? I was baffled. Later after interview I told my experience to a friend who asked me if it was cosul from booth number X and I was shocked. Iasked how did you know? she said he has complaints from other applicants for being like that. He also put words in my mouth and twisted my job offer letters I presented. Any thoughts how long a 221G of this sort might last? I honestly give up , think it will be refuses if the same officer does the AP, regardless he will write stuff on my file that is not true. There is more details I left out but, overall thats the major point.
