my wife was a permanent resident when she filed for me then she became a US Citizen on her interview day the immigration officer who was interviewing her told her that @O C that is why my case wasn’t moving and as soon as she became a U.S Citizen she upgraded my case within a month now my case is at the NVC I’m not waiting for my interview date at the U.S Embassy in Jamaica
