No Movement upcoming Visa
Hi guys,
I saw this statement on the Visa Bulletin April 2024, USCIS stated that:
"EMPLOYMENT-based categories: Very little to no forward movement is expected in the coming months since the final action dates for many categories advanced for April 2024."
Any thoughts on this?
EAD card approved
I have worked for my employer for more then two years and throughout the time they applied for perm (approved). Then I 140 (approved), I 765 and I 485 applied concurrently . The project I was in ended and my OPT also expired. Recently my 765 got approved and got my EAD card. I want to know if I am permitted to engage in full time employment with another employer or I’ll have to stick to the same employer who applied for my perm and I 140 ? They do not have any project.
please let me know if anyone has same experience or suggestion.

Please help say anything about this guys
How can the backlogs move back about 3 years ago back in May 2022 in just a month?
I noticed the frequency of people getting the Green Card in 2022 was a lot, and not bad in 2023 but in 2024 why does everything feel like it stopped?
I don't know when can I get the GC. I was studying in the US and I didn't want to pay the University out of state tuition and thought this could change my life but turns out now I feel like hell because of waiting, all my peers are way ahead of me in life, all the kids doesn't show respect when they don't know why I do the labor job for immigration.
All of my coworkers at work now leave the company with Green Cards because they have worked for 1 year already. I felt like I was holding back and felt very unfair. I knew lots of people who had PD back in June 2021 or March 2021 get their GC in 2022 and I thought I would be like them too but not.
This fiscal year is even worse after 6 months they advance for 2 months and people in 2020 have not resolved their cases yet.
It's almost been 2 years of broken waiting and now I haven't received any positive news.
I don’t want my life to be all about labor work being poor. I have a relative in the US who is younger than me 3 years old and now has 6-figure salary job and I haven’t graduated yet and feel like I gonna get abandoned for being way behind their leagues.
I tried to use lots of different ways to estimate the advance days. It looks reasonable to move 3-4 months every quarter but reality looks ridiculously unreal to advance 2 months per 6 months.
It doesn't make sense at all. Back in pre-Covid, the waiting is not that long. People receive their GC after 1-1.5 years for AOS employment based.
