I-131 showing fingerprints after move to new office
I've seen many others case was moved to a new office/jurisdiction.
mine moved 2 days after I sent in more evidence to expedite my case for RTD. Now after it moved, it did show the fingerprints notification.
i'm curious if the same thing happened to the other people whose i-131 was moved to another office? any idea when I'll hear back on my expedite request? check out my timeline here!

N-400 with I-751 pending interview with no spouse
Hi all, I have an N-400 interview next month in Baltimore FO. My spouse is not in town on that date and I won’t be able to take her with me. Even tho there is no official doc says bring your spouse with you I see everyone said bring your spouse if you have I-751 pending. Did anyone not bring their spouse to N-400 with same ? Would love if you share your experience

Please, we were two struggling F1 students. Both applied for I140, and my green card is ready.
we got married December 23, my spouse has I-140 approval, but PD is Oct 30, 2023.
what is the best option for my spouse, FA2 filing is Sep 23, employment based filling date is Feb 23.

I sent the service request on 01/30/2024 and today I received an email said my case was actively review and I will receive the decision or notice shortly. what does it mean? Is it bad? My case is currently 01/24. never receieved RFE but I sent a new medical exam last week anyway.

it’s been 3 years since applying for my spouse who lives outside the USA. we’ve been waiting for an interview but still nothing yet I believe the wait time is the cause. Now what measures do I need to take if I want to cancel the whole process even though the case is at NVC.
