December 2023 case didn't move Fired Lawyer
December 26th,2023 File new joint motion with ice with a New Lawyer
Feb 2nd, 2024 Ice joint motion
Feb7th,2024 court received documents
Feb26th,2024 case update in EOIR
March12th,2024 Dismissal
Now continue the next journey with USCIS hope it won't be too long.
I feel so relief to get out of the court and just right on time before the new Fee hit on April 1st and the most important is that I finished this process before the new election, no one know what would be like with the new administration

What color are the sheets of the RFE letter? I need to send my package and I have heard that they are blue and that I have to send the original sheets that they send me along with my evidence... but I have seen the letter in my online account and it says to send a copy of all the sheets of said letter along with the evidence. So anyone with experience in this?

I guess since we got approved for i765 within a couple weeks (literally within a month he has work permit in hand) I had high expectations. Anyone else file around the same time as me? filed September 30th one says October 1st. What’s your timeline looking like? how do you know what office yours is at ?

Different answers from Emma
Not sure if anyone had same situation.
I asked Emma about my I485 Status, and one Emma says it’s approved on Feb 27th, but the other says it’s pending but interview has been waived. But nothing is showing up on my uscis account yet.
Does anyone know what that means or been in a situation like this?
I-130 for mom
My mom’s I-130 got approved August of last year, so we filed the DS 260 and submitted all the necessary documents which was approved in September 2023. It’s been 6months and we’re still waiting for an interview date and haven’t received any further communication from NVC.
So my question is, how long does it usually take to get an interview date after approval? And does anyone have a number for the NVC that works?
