It never Ends

56 days after RFE Received and Nothing
I had my i485 interview at San Diego field office back in February 2024, and everything went well, except the fact that The officer told me that i would have to do my medical again. After 2 weeks, i got the medical RFE and i sent it back later February. San Diego field office updated that they received on March 1st and since then, no updates.
Any suggestions or anyone on the same boat? Thank you in advance.

@Mr uscis blog I will do it on monday.. I was waiting for 60 days.. I talked to a live agent and he said (same answer as usual) that the process is not over the time
