EAD & AP approvals for Eb3?
hi everyone, my reciept notice for EAD & Advance Parole is Jan 29, 2024. I took Biometrics Feb 22, 2024. Still waiting for combo card approval. Anyone with the similar dates that has had their combo card approved?
I’ve seen more recent trends of people taking about 70 days to get theirs approved. how long did yours take?

USCIS will conduct system maintenance to the Contact Relationship Interface System (CRIS) on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:50 p.m. through Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 2:00 a.m. Eastern.

Rescheduling interview
Does anyone have experience of rescheduling interview? my interview schedule just 3 months before my 2nd anniversary. Is there anyway I can delay interview 3 months? It's really frustrating uscis gave me interview after long wait time just before i am away 3 months from 2nd anniversary. I am not seeing my marriage will last long also this long wait after applying to uscis gives me stress. Any advice.

Hello Folks,
I don't understand why USCIS would approve my EAD within 6 months of submitting renewal applications. I was expecting it to take 8 to 9 months. I don't have any activity on my 485 other than case was transferred to NBC for faster processing.
Any thoughts 😕 🤔

Can I transfer underlying basis EB2-NIW I-140 form approval to EB1-A so that I-485 is processed? My date is current for EB-1A.
1. September 2023: Approved I-140 form for the EB2-NIW. (priority date is not current so I have not completed concurrent filing)
2. Applied EB1-A in November 2023: Concurrent filing including I-140,I-485, EAD, Advance Parole.
I got EAD card with Advance parole for EB1-A.
So can I transfer my EB2-NIW I-140 approval to EB1-A ? So that I can continue with my I-485 application ? if yes how please help. I am current in the EB1A.
