maybe a system glitch that updated when it hasn’t really finalized …. i would call the 1-800 number and find out. otherwise most say “ card being produced” to indicate the card has been ordered.

@free life please what is the process to request FOIA. I am experiencing similar situation my i-360 was approved but did not receive notice of approval as well. and after the i-360 was approved my pending C09 EAD renewal was approved.

@aussi auus +1-800-375-5283 ask for infopass then it will take you to a rep … when the rep gets on the phone let them know your case was approved in Dec but haven’t received your EAD card or letter. if they can’t help you ask to be transferred to a tier 2 rep or supervisor.
