GENERAL EMBASSY QUESTION
Is there any way to check which DQ month your embassy is working in other than asking people. I have asked 3 lawyers about the Santo Domingo embassy and one said they are in DQ august, another one said september and another said october. It is confusing do embassies post this anywhere!?

I got a response to I-485 SR as follows: ‘Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly’.
Is this a standard response? has anyone received this and had a favourable response? how long is the wait to get action after a response like this?

so I have a questions guys, I got a mail today regards my i360. filing through Vawa. it states that it was returned back to USCIS has the post office couldn’t t deliver. “it’s a Notice”. I have put in n enquiry to know what’s in it which will take 4weeks max. so my question is this, those that have been approved of their i360, was it a notice you got or approval you just saw on the portal? I have tried to search all means to even know what might be in it… to no avail. I applied April 2021. can it be a request for more docs or could it be because I just submitted for a renuwal of my EAD…. I am just curious at this time. thanks guys for your input.
question on terminated work permit
so to make a very longgggg story short, I have a green card at the moment which was granted to me back in 2015. unfortunately according to USCIS my green card was not and is not valid to become a US Citizenship, so they let me keep it thank God. I started a new process with my wife to get a new green arc as is the only route to get one. My Work permit and travel doc was denied and terminated, and still have not gotten the notice. My lawyer and I are assuming it got terminated because of the fact that I’m working and can travel with this GreenCard. has anyone experienced the same or similar? #i-130 #newgreencard #i-485 #ead
