RTD (i-131) case transfered then called for bio - Chat post
I wanted to post this for anyone whose i-131 case moved last month and then were called for biometrics.
I'm still waiting to hear from my request for expedite and they asked for more info and I did provide them.
at bio appointment they didn't even get my fingerprints just picture and signature.
how's your experience been? did anyone else go for bio these days? btw the place was packed it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get done.
I'm hopeless at this point my dad is very sick and I'm losing him because I can't go help him with his health situation and there seems to be no hope to expedite my travel doc.

Hello, how are you?
My partner and I are in the process of adjusting status from O1 to EB1.
We both traveled to our country with advance parole, but in my case, I returned the day before yesterday, and he will return next Saturday.
The issue is that my residency (I-485) was approved yesterday, but not his. Could it be because he is still traveling?

i130 Approved- i485 still pending(LA county FO)

Sharing my timeline here:
Fanily based AOS- (Married to US citizen)
My filing date was 03/02/2023 for i485, i130, i131 as well as i765. (Concurrent Filing). My case is currently at LA County Field Office/NBC.
i130 got approved on March 19th 2024 and I haven’t heard back on i485 yet. Interestingly both i130 and i485 went to actively reviewing on March 18th.
Does anyone know how long it takes for i485 to get approved after this?
Any Feb 2023 fillers?

how long took yours?
My green card was approved 1.6 years ago, but my I-485 is still pending.
Does Anyone with experience to share some thoughts on it?
