is the case going fast or is it regular time?
we filed I-130 on November 17th, (online) and sent the rest of the package (I485, I131) on 02/07/24, I have EAD so at first I didn't send it but researching I learned I should have sent it with the I1485 package due to the category, my EAD current category is C08. the case was received and in less than a week I got the first RFE and biometric scheduled, I did the biometrics and I've been waiting since 02/29 that the status changed to the case is actively reviewed by USCIS. I just thought of sharing. also, I sent the i765 with a letter explaining why I didn't send it before and they added it to my portal and got a notice of Biometric reused.

NVC Message💗
Hey Guys!!!
Last week I submitted all documents and I got this message today from the NVC:
"The National Visa Center (NVC) updated the status of your immigrant visa application. Please go to the Department of State's Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/IV. You will need your NVC case number and invoice ID number to log into your account...."
But when I enter the page there is nothing new
How long does it take for the update to be available?

So tired of waiting & waiting! I know there’s people before me that are still waiting & I’m so sorry but this is actually a joke! why are people in 2024 getting approved already?? argh! I’m wishing everyone a speedy approval & hoping mine will be approved soon.

my renewal for work authorization has been approved and new card is being produced. April 16 would make is 3 full yrs since I filed both i130 and GC and not is being approved yet . is the renewal a good sign for my vawa to be approved soon ??? I claim it in Jesus precious name 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I beg you lord .

I-130 Approved, I-485 pending
My I-130 has been approved 60 days ago and there have been no updates since then. I know many people get their I-485 approved a few days/weeks after I-130 approval.
Anyone else in this boat? Any suggestions? I tried emailing our representative, but since the case is technically not outside normal processing hours, I don’t think they’ll be much help.
Still, the feeling that USCIS completely backlogged our case doesn’t leave me, so I’d take any suggestions.

Please share your thoughts.
My case has been at NBC since the initial stage. As recent as about 6 weeks ago it was still there. On March 7 I got the actively reviewed notification on my I-130. To my surprise a live agent told me today via Emma that my case was is ANC (Anchorage) when my field office is truly in New Orleans. What should I make of this ?
