@Mr Whiz could you please share what questioners you asked ? any ideas why did they invite you for interview?

@D A No idea why I was invited for an interview. Surprisingly, I was expecting to be asked many things about my work, tax and travel. Fortunately none was asked. The officer just opened my application and asked me almost everything I filled, was just giving him the response and YES/NO questions. Although, major questions was about my travel with advance parole which I explained my port of exit and entry and if I was escorted to secondary inspection and I said yes. The only requested documents was the combo card and the i-94. It was a good interview and swift com with the officer.

Good luck! I think you will get decision this coming week. I was wondering what is your background? Bachlors, masters or phd?

@D A Thanks. I’m not sure case at FO have jurisdiction to re-adjudicate. My thoughts is that everything is already complete before transferring the case to FO. Not sure why the delay, was hoping to get approval after the interview and possible have a status change the next day. All fingers crossed, I will keep waiting ☺️

@Mr Whiz how long did it take for your interview to be scheduled after you received the “interview ready to be scheduled” update? did you have the interview with your family ?

I hope everything moves forward, I don’t think to use the Advanced Parole to Travel. It’s too risky

@a ak I think it took two weeks or less. No I didn’t have the interview with my family. They will follow to join once I get approval. I’ve submitted I-824 since Feb.

@Raul Mayor I don’t think it’s anything related to AP. Usually, most EB2-NIW don’t get approved on spot but marriage base does. From my little research percentage that get approved on spot is minimal but higher percentage gets after 2 weeks. Also, the AP was issued by them for travel and was successfully paroled back to the US on my return.

@Mr Whiz, I got my interview last April 9th, Las Vegas FO, .. I think they’re doing background check. there’s no change on the status online. keep me posted. thanks
