You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

I applied in November 13th and received my interview notice on April 9th. @A J You can’t sue or even talk to USCIS as long as it’s within the normal processing times.

normal processing times are internal to USCIS, and nothing to do with laws. You can sue almost anytime. Need to know exact laws - which usually 6 months since filing, and show your suffering!
