You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

I applied in November 13th and received my interview notice on April 9th. @A J You can’t sue or even talk to USCIS as long as it’s within the normal processing times.

@Johnny Walker normal processing times are internal to USCIS, and nothing to do with laws. You can sue almost anytime. Need to know exact laws - which usually 6 months since filing, and show your suffering!
