interview at Atlanta FO
just sharing interview experience today with Atlanta FO.
We get in they tell me to sit down and ask for Id's and said if we want to submit any joint documents. We gave pictures and joint documents. Then asking about my husband who is he? what's his name? what's his bday?
then same question for him.
Asked how many times I get married? when we get married? How many children we have ? how we met? same question for both of us.
Asked about my previous marriage. Asked me about where he is working ?what his parents name. where he was working before? Then asked my husband about joint documents we have. Take out the pictures and Asked about people in the pictures. and then lot of I 485 questions.
Go through your forms as many times you can.
Court hearing for I-485
Has anyone adjusted their I-485 application in front of an immigration judge with an approved I-130? What questions does the judge ask during the hearing? How long does the hearing last assuming there are no criminal records? Is the US spouse required to be at the hearing? and is the spouse asked any questions?
USCIS case inquiry received
I received an email this morning stating they received my case status inquiry; but the thing is my case is still processing in normal time. Does anyone know if these inquiries would move your case by somehow? Does it mean, My case is going to be approved soon?

Interview completed yesterday
My USC wife and I went for our interview yesterday. this is for the 10 year greencard. it went smoothly. The office was a bit hostile and tried to trick or confuse us. our answers were slightly different with two questions but overall it went well. My case changed to actively being reviewed during the interview. Just loooking forward to getting a decision from them now.
