@angel jj Take a deep breath. It is a bump in the road but it is not the end of the road. Do you have proof that they received the RFE response? Did you also give them all they ask for? This only delays the process but you are not out of the running to LPR. If you have a lawyer I am sure they would be able to u tangle this for you. Good luck!

@Angel sorry to hear. wait for the letter and get a lawyer if you did not have one. The decision can be appealed but you need an attorney. When I applied for greencard I was denied on the sport at the interview because I father had submitted too late. It passed the deadline for AOS. Got a lawyer and got my greencard without going home. They will give you 30 days to appeal. Im citizen now filing for my husband. Good luck. Dont give up

@naveen khneja yes she did. Way too long. 30 days. She also must appeal within 30days. They dont mess with deadlines.
