YMMV, but my I-765 was approved shockingly fast (in under 2 months) even though they’re still reviewing my I-485 (I’m adjusting from a K-1). my husband and I have a 3-year-old child together, and I wonder if having a kid (plus the absence of other complicating factors, like a criminal record, a previous overstay or a previous marriage) was part of why it got approved so fast.

nope. I’ve got TWO!!! 😂they don’t even know because they have only “received” my 130 with my bonafide proof and their two birth certificates after 12.5 months of waiting. it’s a joke really
