pending asylum
it’s been pending since 2020. someone to help me if there’s some hopes or I still have a long way to go

@Fernando F Unfortunately Covid19 era cases are loomed. There is no way to predict when they finish your case. I highly recommend to file mandamous against USCIS. watch YouTube how to file it. Or you can continue to wait. On a bright side, once approved, it shall be backdated to 2020 and you can file for citizenship soon

that's false information, asylum never would be backdated to 2020 it always will be backdated only one year.
