I receive my RFE today under the docs tab. my petitioner has a low income and am making alots though that will work but they asking us for the I-864. my big problem now is my wife didn’t file her tax
I receive my RFE today under the docs tab. my petitioner has a low income and am making alots though that will work but they asking us for the I-864. my big problem now is my wife didn’t file her tax for 2021. her mom is ready to give us the joint sponsor. So my question do I still need to submit my wife previous tax return or transcript . My mom in law is making alots.

The Wait Is Eating At Me Slowly
Honestly I’m just looking for some words of encouragement, so I don’t mentally and physically lose it. Upon looking at my timeline you might wonder why it took over a month to send medical and that alone was just obstacles upon obstacles. Yall I really am just overwhelmed and stressed.

change case through consular processing
Hi,
It's been 8 months since I am working with my sponsor but now I want to change my case through consular processing. Is Is it possible? And if I change it through the consular process, can I go only to my country or go to any country? How long will this process take, and after that, when can I get out of the country?
RFE response
On 6/14 i got 3 emails saying they took action in my case. What changed was that my I130 is being actively reviewed now and the I485 is actively reviewing for the 2nd time. On 6/17 i got a RFE. 6 days ago i uploaded ~80 pages of evidence in my documents tab but still nothing. Most people heard back from USCIS after a RFE pretty quick. Are they even working on my case or is it back in the pile again?
