how to upload RFE evidence
I got an RFE, they want my spouse previous divorce decree. It said either upload online OR sent by mail. if I want to update in the portal. do I need to just upload the scanned copy ? Will that be suffice or I need to specify something. or write a letter?

copy thr letter they sent you and upload with a copy of the divorce decree and upload on the petitioners 130 account. there should be a button for it. and then also mail a copy of the letter and the copy of the divorce decree to them. make sure to do both.
