My EAD took 193 days from submission to approval, so definitely nowhere near 3 months!! I hope yours is approved soon!

@Charlie SC I would recommend put in a congressional inquiry about it. My EAD and AP got approved after I put in a congressional inquiry.

@Charlie SC you can ask congress rep to just inquire about the status of your EAD. that’s what I did.

@Charlie SC No movement on I-485 since filing in January 2024.

@Mr BD Now my case is at Non-local FO from October 22, 2024. Apparently, local Sent back to NBC in August and now NBC sent it to non-local. Don't know what they want to do.
