BONA FIDE - URGENT HELP!!
I got information from an info pass appointment that they can approve my case but my online account does not have enough bona fides. I uploaded pictures and lease agreement. The officer stated we needed like bank accounts etc.
However, me and my husband are fairly new. We cannot open an account in my name because I do not have a SSN or work permit as yet which is needed in the state of NY.
What other proofs can we obtain? That’s easily accessible for immigrants without SSN.
H1B filing with pending GC
Hello, looking for guidance, I was on L1 and had to switch jobs due to layoff using my GC EAD. I got selected in H1B lottery and my new employer wants to proceed with petition filing and lawyer has assured that it will have no impact on green card application however I have not yet filed 485J for new job and don't plan to do so unless I get RFE. Any potential risks I should keep in mind if I go ahead with H1B filing. Will USCIS be able to link H1B petition and pending GC application? My priority date is not current. TIA 🙏

Bills piling up, got a baby, trying to survive in the cold world. But we pushing through cause I know with faith we’re already approved cause what GOD cannot do does not exist! ..
