primary applicants AoS moved to non local field office
hi,
as per Emma live agent chat my AOS moved from NBC to Long Island field office (my local office is Newark). the agent didn't share my dependent info with me. when we tried to chat with another agent later they said dependants case is still at NBC. is this normal for cases to separate? or did they possibly shared wrong info on the chat?

I need help, I received a notification for my 16-year-old son to have his fingerprints taken but it is for a U visa, we are waiting for it. residence for asylum., I have 2 cases, one of approved asylum and U visa, the lawyer did it as an option in case they denied asylum, now I don't know whether to take my son to the fingerprint appointment for the reason that my lawyer sent papers to uscis to close the u visa case, please I need your suggestions.............necesito ayuda, recibi una notificasion para que mi hijo de 16 años le tomen las huellas pero es para visa u , nosotros estamos esperando para la. residencia por asilo ., tengo 2 casos uno de asilo aprovado y visa U la abogada lo hiso asi como una opcion por si negaban el asilo , ahora no se si llevar ala cita de huellas a mi hijo por la razon que mi abogada envio papeles a uscis para q cerrar el caso de visa u , porfabor necesito de sus sugerencias

My i-765 application timeline
Hey guys,
Wanted to share with you all that my form i-765 application based on pending i-485. I submitted the application on October 27, 2023 and received the approval notice on May 24, 2024.
Since Feb, I had put in up to 7 expedite requests, and contacted my congressman and an attorney, but it seemed nothing was working. So, this approval notice was a pleasant surprise.

hey guys my husband had his interview in August he got refused do to them thinking he has two wives when he doesn't. we had to go to court to fix the dates with his ex. we submitted the paperwork to the nvc back in January. after the case went into administrative processing they asked for us to upload updated documents of paystubs and everything else, our new updates aren't even DQ yet. does anyone know how much longer we need to wait for?
