@My My Depends on what time you call them. I advise you to call in the morning. The wait time will be less than 15 minutes

@Princess Love apprecite it! normally for follow up to make them answer the case whats your key word i just type in expedite request any suggestion? my case was outside normal processing time and since submitted no update yet

@My My When you call them, the robot will be talking. it gonna ask for case number etc... All you have to say is "Interview ". keep on saying it till the robot transfer your call to a person. once they pick up they will ask for case number date of birth etc.. After you confirm everything. The agent will ask how can he/she help you. That's when you'll say your case is outside normal time you need to expedited it
