EB1C - Filled I140 & I485 last March 29. my case was moved from Texas to NBC on 04/12. so my receipt number starts with SRC (live agent told me NBC treats different tickets as their owns .. however I seen that most of the people approved their ticket is MSC)
04/10 responded the RFE
05/01 Biometrics
07/01 EAD approved.
no news on the I485 so far
Receipt block SRC-24-14X-XXX (and I guess MSC blocks are moving faster than SRC )

@Joe joe what did you ask to get the FO response from Emma? I have never been able to get that information, for me it’s just “fingerprints were taken”

@S K My birth certificate was missing my name. I submitted affidavit signed by parents but still got Rfe. As a response to rfe, i have submitted a new birth certificate

Mine is MSC249065xxxx. I submitted the beginning of April 2024 and haven’t got anything approved yet. My PD date is way early around the beginning of 2022.
