After our interview
After our interview this morning, we got a letter stating that your case is being held for review at this time and that we would he getting a notice in mail because we were short of two documents which was a latest medical document and a previous lease agreement. Has anyone had the same situation like me and if so whats the outcome?

I would have never expected for this to take to long. very straightforward case L1A to EB1-C, ROW (EU), concurrently filled and I-140 approved in 40 days (Premium).
I-485 is on actively reviewing since May 2024 after biometrics.

I-485 Stuck After SR and Congressman Inquiry – Need Advice
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on my pending I-485 application. My priority date is May 2021, and I submitted a service request on April 1, 2025. On May 22, my case status changed from “Case Remains Pending” to “Fingerprint was taken,” and I was expecting a response to the service request by June 24. However, I haven’t received any update or email yet, and the status has remained unchanged for over 35 days. I already tried a congressional inquiry, but that didn’t help either. At this point, I’m not sure whether I should submit a second service request or wait longer for the first one. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Any suggestions would be appreciated. #fingerprintupdated #Crp #eb3
RTD is approved right after couple weeks GC approval
Hi everyone, RTD is approved but I must say that I put in a service request through USCIS like two weeks ago that my case is outside of normal processing time so they approved it today. Good luck to you all.

After I got an interview date for my N400 on Feb 12th 2025 for March 20th 2025 and the appointment was cancelled 7day before my interview and is been 103 days today I haven’t been rescheduled yet.

Before we got the interview letter uscis didn’t ask for RFE currently we’re not living together because we are saving as much as we can to buy a house instead of just renting. and also I have a Pre-Approved. we have Joint account including saving, Car insurance and Life insurance, Phone Bills together, Joint Taxes. do we need to bring letters of close Family/friend even though they didn’t ask for it. Also, I’m his affidavit. we been married for 10 months and 4 year’s together.
