Action on Case. AOS
I got a couple of emails back to back saying “We have taken an action on your case and it needs your attention” but when I logged and checked I did not see any updates. Is this a false email notification? or have there been any cases where people have seen updates a day or 2 later. No API updates as well. Please advise. 🙏🏼

My green card was approved while I was overseas with an emergency advance parole. I was abroad for 6 weeks due to a family emergency and returned to US yesterday morning (Aug. 8, 2025) through SEA. While I was abroad, I got a USPS informed delivery email that USCIS sent me something. I checked the case status and saw that my card was mailed to me.
Hold on to it, everyone. I was tempted to give up so many times but I'm glad I sticked with it. The end is near.

Any way to get to the US sooner?
so i recently submitted form i-130 for my husband who is in Pakistan. he has never been to USA. i am a US citizen. i wanted to know if there is any way he can come here sooner just so we can start our life together. would i need to submit some kind of form so he can come here while he waits for the uscis approval. or come here on visit visa(dont know if that’ll get approved). but any way he can come here sooner would be nice. i heard i can also submit a k-3 visa after i-130 so he can come sooner or the process for spouse visa is faster. but im not sure about it. i heard i-130 processing time is shorter now so k-3 visa is useless because you get i-130 approved before k-3 form is available. can you please guide me. thank you.
