I received RFE on my I-130
Please explain what documents or supporting documents are required to fulfill my Request for Evidence (RFE)? They've asked for an affidavit from multiple people who have personal knowledge of the event.
must include:
the full name and address of the affiant.
the date and place of the birth of the affiant
the relationship between the affiant and parties to this petition.
complete details concerning how the attaint ecquired knowledge of the event.

Till now i had so many questions and you answered them all with your experiences and i really appreciate your help.
I have one more question.
I am F1 and my wife is F2, our eb2niw(i-140) approved. we are current and we applied for i-485, travel and work permit. My question is until what time i should continue to language school so i can keep my f1 status. is there chance to get denial on i-485? how likely to get denial? if we get denial and i use my ead card, i would not be f1 that time, that means i will be out of status. thats why i should keep staying on f1 status and not use ead card? or even if there is low chance to get denial, i should use my ead and not worry about it? what do you think?

Notice about the 131 fee notice. Anyone else get this?
Hi, I have had my green card for 10 months. Got a notice about a fee change/update today. The 131 no longer means anything. My account says I can look at the notice but I cannot see anything. Just wanting to see if others received the same message. Thank you 🙏 🤔
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Key Approvals: I-360 Approved and I-765 Approved (I have a valid EAD).
Priority Date (PD): September 23, 2023.
Next Step: Waiting for my PD to become current so I can file my I-485 (Adjustment of Status).
Criminal Record: I have no serious criminal record—only traffic tickets and one old misdemeanor for driving without a license (which was paid and resolved in court).
My main questions are:
Risk of Deportation/Detention: Given that my I-360 is approved (which grants SIJS status and protection), a valid EAD, and no major criminal record, do I still face a significant risk of deportation or detention while waiting for my priority date? I'm particularly concerned given the current climate and the reports of SIJS individuals being detained.
Immediate Action if Detained: If I were to be detained by ICE/CBP, what is the most critical first step I should take? What documents should I insist on presenting immediately to assert my approved SIJS status and valid EAD?
Any advice, especially from immigration attorneys or people in the same situation, would be greatly appreciated. Stay safe everyone!
