Filing Mandamus Pro Se
I have noticed that many people are struggling to figure out how to file a mandamus without hiring a lawyer — which makes sense, considering most charge between $5,000 and $8,000. I spent some time reviewing posts and resources online, and I found someone who successfully filed pro se (on their own) and has helped others do the same. I’ve attached links to several useful articles that explain how to file a mandamus without spending a fortune on legal fees. Most of the time, USCIS is not out there sending lawyers to come argue in court or counter sew you. You just happen to fall in the very long queue and a mandamus is simply going to make them look your direction. Good luck!!!!

The Lord has done it Finally!!!
And it came to pass!!!! 4 years and 4 months after. This process tested my faith, I cried bittered tears, questioned God, doubted so many times, but kept holding on. My first post here was on 9/21/25, and it was a desperate prayer asking God to not let me see shame, one month after, I was in the office when the notification came and today, i'm holding our 10years green card!!!!
