July 2023 Nebraska service center still waiting . also @ franck Arnaud uscis is telling me the same thing. I can only inquire 27th april. once the bulletin comes out monthly, it pushes ur time further. . this is so crazy and frustrating. im @ my wits end with this entire situation.
