Anyone with an August 2025 I-130 Priority Date? Case at Texas Service Center – Desperate for updates!
Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing well.
I’m posting here to see if I can get some guidance or hear about your experiences, because the waiting game is starting to get really stressful. My husband (a U.S. citizen) filed my I-130 petition in August 2025. I am currently inside the United States, and we are processing everything from within the country.
Our case was assigned to the Texas Service Center. Since it was submitted, we haven’t seen a single movement, update, or change in status. It feels like time is just flying by while our case remains completely frozen.
I would love to know if anyone here has similar priority dates (August 2025) or has their case at the Texas cente

Hi @csra Ben’s I can relate. My husband’s I-130 has been pending with the Texas Service Center since March of 2025. Interview was scheduled in January, but was canceled 4 days after. No update since then, just hoping for the best outcome soon.

If it's very desperate, they haven't scheduled anything for me 👎 and not a single movement, imagine how I feel

I'm in the same situation for me it has been 27 months with out any update, have tried everything with USCIS with out no progress, my husband is a citizen and I cant believe they keep saying my case still processing normally!
