It is Criminal background check showing no criminal record there's a few places you can go depending on where you live, you don't have to pay much to get the background check and then you send it back to USCIS If you don't know where to go, go to the police and tell them they will guide you where to go

You need to go to the police departments in every county where you have lived since arriving in the country and request a certificate of good conduct.

I sent: police clearing, FBI fingerprints since I’ve lived in multiple states, letter I do volunteering work, letter from my apartment complex that I am a good resident and a letter from my work.

you can send FBI clearance and have few friends write some letters for you describing your person in a good way, they should put their names and sign it ..
