dont worry, ive seen a lot of people recently get their green card through the court after a notice to appear, just get a good lawyer and go. dont be scared. you can check this lawyer Tika G Jude on face book. she just posted about one of her clients that she helped to get green card through the court after NTA

@babatee ola if you didn’t attend your interview even when your wife refused could have been the reason. You should have appeared and request for hold on your I-485 in abeyance until your I-360 is adjudicated. However some FO would request you file another I-485 while some will hold it in abeyance. The reason you are getting this NTA is due to the fact that your I-130 & I-485 was denied. its a new trend being used to put people in deportation proceedings. It’s best to contact a lawyer and go on your scheduled court date. Lastly having a prima facie means nothing as there are people who got prima facie that got denied and others who didn’t get got approved. The system is so skewed.

@bridges 5 I wanted to goby myself 2022 but I fell sick and admitted at the hospitals. I even sent uscis doctor report and letter that I will miss the interview but yet I was denied.

@babatee ola I had received NTA for march this year because one of my immigration benefit was denied I went to court with my lawyer explained I have I-360and I-485 pending so the judge granted me more time so uscis can take there time to decide on the application so in my opinion you will be ok and they will give continuance to your case as well so please have faith in god and hopefully you will get the good news

me too I got Nta but the judge canceled ,so im waiting for another date schedule, I got a new lawyer cuz the last that I had she got the money and she did nothing
