Request to Expedite
Hello Friends,
Can anyone send me a template to request a medical emergency expedite letter for my I-360 and I-485? My case was received in December 2021, and there has been no update since then. I need to visit my father because his health is getting worse. He is having memory problems and was diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal issues, including Erosive Gastropathy and Hiatus Hernia. He is 80 years old. I want to stay with him for a longer period to spend some quality time with him. I already lost my mom 3 years ago when I was here.
Can I expedite my case with USCIS based on my father’s condition?

We live in the Southwest and we were certain this would take months. The EAD card should come in the mail in 2-3 weeks but after only 31 days we got our approval notice! the light is at the end of the tunnel my friends.
