EAD is approved without any hint on 485.
Not sure if this means more delay on 485 approval. Primary EAD is approved after 4 months of dependent EAD approval. Both adjustments still pending after 6 months!!

Nov/28/2023 ** Package sent
Jan/16/2024 ** Work permit approved
Jun/08/2024 I got a notification that an action had been taken on my case and my I-131 Application for Travel Document was APPROVED.
Any idea why they would approve advanced parole so long after work permit. My 1-485 and I-130 are still pending… Any insights?
Filing for AOS, EAD and Parole while paying for premium processing

please I have filled my i140 under Eb1, since Jan 2024 and it is yet to be approved. I planned to use premium processing including filling for I 485, i131 and i765 for I and my dependents.
is it possible to file for these same time of paying my premium processing.

131 denied, because visa is under review?
hi my 131 is denied while 765 is approved.
485 is pending.
both 131 and 765 are petitioned to renew.
131 denial reason is:
USCIS generally issues APD to adjustment of status applicants who establish that they are eligible to apply for adjustment of status under section 245 (a) of INA.
The status of your visa is currently under review, therefore, you are not eligible for adjustment of status under INA245 (a). USCIS will not issue you an APD
