My brother and I sent the applications on the same date june 13th 2023, we sent it separately but his got approved 4 days ago while mine is still pending.

@H S NBC Recently I chatted with a live agent on Emma. He told me my case got transferred to the Queens field office.

I applied on June 26. Let me know when you have an update. I submitted a service request on July 9 and still waiting for the response. Yet, I connected the live agent and they told me that the officer last worked on my case was July 13. Hopefully, I would hear the update very soon!

Got an update from USCIS that the case is within normal processing time. The response is from local field office. But I talked to the live agent yesterday and they told me that my case is still in NBC. I am confused now.

@Garry M Yes, they requested a completed I-485 form so I filled out the entire form and sent it back to them.

But why they asked you you to fill the entire form again, What was the reason?

Hi Ella, I filed my case on 25 April 2023 and still waiting and my form i485 edition was 12/23/2022. which expires on 10/31/2025 So i am just curious which edition was yours and when it expires cause if the ask you to send a new one then the previous one might be expired, That's what i am thinking and if not then might as me to do the same. Just curious
