I have a question.
Has anyone been in the same situation?? I received an email this morning saying that they have made a decision in my case and I log into my USCIS account and there is no change there.

Hi everyone, my VAWA case has been approved for more than 7months now still waiting for green card approval
did anyone file a new Green card application after their VAWA approval despite having a current I-485 through marriage ?
also is it advisable to put in a new I-485 ? because that’s what my lawyer is advising I do,

Never thought it was going to be done within normal processing time considering the difficulties and complexity of my case..I thought it's going to be like forever but thank God,the miracle happened without much ado.
I did attached anything my hand could touch during my application(photos,bank transfer,payment of hospital bills,school fees payments,DNA result,just anything and I hoped for the best but thankfully after 400days,the approval came from Nebraska instead of Potomac service center.
This is to say,All is well that ends well..
To those still waiting,I pray for quick approval for you all.

Please share your experience Lawfully family friends, I am waiting on my I485 EB1 case,I had ported from EB2 with PD2019 as current from past 7 moths but case is in “Case remain pending” status from Oct 23. Case is at NBC, Curious to know if anyone of you came across similar scenario.
