@Raul Mayor Yeah, I raised a SR on humanitarian grounds on October 1st. Nothing happened, I also used the congressman office, I got a call from a tier 2 officer on the 19th that my expedite request is denied, and she asked if I want to apply for an emergency AP at my field office, and pay $630, and I said Yes, she set up the appointment for 22nd, but I didn't show up. 2 days later my case was approved.

@Analytical O what help did your congressman office provide ? and what did you ask them ? if you don’t mind me asking

@immu s They only followed up with an inquiry into my case. I submitted to them the same evidence I had submitted to the USCIS earlier. I got a message from the USCIS 4 days after the congressman office reached out to them, they requested I give them 10 days to review my case, and on thr 9th day, a 2nd tier officer called to inform me that my request was denied. Hope this info helps.
