Hey guys I need advice concerning my driver license renewal since my EAD expires in August.
My Employment Authorization Document (EAD) expires in August of this year, and I live in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm unsure how to renew my driver's license because I haven't received my new EAD card yet, despite expediting the process. My lawyer recently informed me that the renewal notice sent in February can be used in case the EAD is delayed. Has anyone else been in this situation? If so, how were you able to renew your license using just the receipt notice? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

you renew it with notice of action take the notice of action with you and they will renew it no worries

Take receipt of both i-765 and i-485 (if you have). They should renew license
