Awaiting decision on N400 & I-751
I had my N400 & I-751 combo interview since May 2023, my I-751 was filled in September 2021. It was a stokes interview and all went well with the interview. I passed the naturalization test but still no decision on my case but received this message few days ago; As of July 24, 2024, fingerprints relating to your Form 1-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxxxxxxx, have been applied to your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/ addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I sincerely do not know what to make out of this as I know I have received same kind of message after I filled my I-751 and N-400. Please anyone with such experience should pls share.

@marriage-gc I-751 How do I contact Emma?

@lord sam One year after interview? There’s definitely something they don’t like about your case. I am afraid you might need to sue before you can get a decision

@Rocco Forté Thanks a lot, I will look in this direction of suing them but don’t know what to expect when I do so.

@lord sam The result will depend on the quality of the case you filed. If you filed a great case then you will get interview/approval.
Rocco FortéAug 5, 2024
@lord sam The other option is just to keep waiting till they come around to approving your case.

@lord sam Do you know how long it took you to receive an update that your interview was scheduled vs getting the interview notice by mail?
